The Bacall Group is a commercial mixed-use development and property management company with over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Based in West Bloomfield, MI… we specialize in the acquisition, development and management of commercial and mixed-use properties with a headstrong focus and commitment to ultimately providing an exceptional product and service to our clients and partners. Our embracing approach to diversity and change within the commercial market is what keeps us successful and ahead of our game in a quickly evolving industry.

Established in the early 90’s, it started with the purchase of a small strip center in the city of Detroit. 30 years later, the Bacall Group has evolved from investing in existing local properties to becoming a full-scale, hands-on development company. Our focus is aimed toward acquiring select “value-added” assets within the market, performing ground-up developments and full-scale renovations, and establishing solid relationships with various national, regional, and local credit tenants. Revitalizing and upgrading property image along with attracting quality tenants is what has become Bacall Group’s core competency and has led ourselves to the natural progression of becoming a full-service commercial development firm.

Our team carries a steady hands-on approach throughout the continuous process of acquiring, planning, designing, constructing and managing our holdings. Collaborating with only the most esteemed and reputable architects, engineers and designers to create quality spaces that become a special part of our surrounding communities.

To date, we have acquired and developed over 1,000,000 square feet of mixed-use space including regional and national retailers, restaurants, hotels, senior livings, office, medical, multifamily and more. We have also been a preferred developer for the Walgreens and Family Dollar corporations with over dozens of developed sites throughout multiple states including Michigan, New York, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
